MSBA Documents
    initially include questions used to interview (and hire) the project's Owner's Project Manager (OPM), who works for the school district by making sure the project comes in within the approved budget, the project is meeting important construction milestones and that contractors are following the approved design for the new school.  MSBA documents may also include Schematic design reports involving budget and schedule information, as well as submission documents to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
