During the engagement phase, focus groups, individual interviews and surveys will be administered. A full report of all data gathered during the Engage Phase will be created and presented to the district.
The findings from the Engage Phase will be reviewed along with past strategic plans and school district data. A Mission, Vision, Strategic Priorities and Goals will be drafted, discussed, and revised until a final plan is agreed upon.
Implement & Evaluate
A revised Blueprint for Continuous Student Improvement will be presented to the Ashland School Committee for approval. The final approved plan will be executed by the district through specific actions, timelines, resource allocations, and metrics.
